Our 60 minute CrossFit Class utilizes a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, and conditioning equipment to program a “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity,” workout guaranteed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

40-60 minute cardio and core-intensive workouts that require no prior fitness experience. It does, however, require willingness to work hard! With a focus on cardio, The Sweat Project is a great introductory class to CrossFit and great way to improve overall fitness and core strength.

Per Session
Everyone is different when it comes to fitness. Because we understand you have unique body mechanics, fitness levels, goals, likes and dislikes, we can create a plan that is specific to your needs. With a program that fits, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results. Moreover, a few sessions can be a great tool for learning the fundamentals that will be used in our classes if that is the overall goal.

I started my CrossFit journey in 2012 with one goal - to be healthy and fit. My very first WOD was Fran and I wasn’t able to complete the workout without having to scale using a training barbell and band to assist with pull-ups. The workout crushed me, but I didn’t let it stop me. I came back for more and saw that my level of fitness improved along with my confidence and self-image. I am proud of who I am and what I can do, both in and outside the gym. I want to share what I've learned and help others achieve their goals and to believe in themselves through CrossFit.
Credentials
Carlos has always been very active in sports and fitness. He grew up playing American football, soccer, and wrestled. He was named Pacific Athlete of the Year in 2006 and won multiple championships in the sports he played. Most recently, he competed at his fifth CrossFit Games Regionals and was named the 2018 fittest man in Asia. Carlos is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CrossFit L3 Certified) and serves as the head coach at CrossFit Marvel ensuring the utmost best coaching is provided to our members.

Hyun-Jun loves playing sports. He grew up skiing, swimming, playing soccer, and table tennis. He is competitive in nature and enjoys playing a friendly match of any sport. He started CrossFit in 2013 prior to serving in the military. He began his CrossFit journey motivated to get big and strong much like an actor he admired. While getting big and strong is nice, Hyun Jun now aspires to be a great coach and continue helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through CrossFit.
